This is simple. Property, as a four hour class this semester, is probably going to be a doozy of a final. Especially so, considering Professor Mattingly's penchant to assign 90-100 pages in a week and to hold us responsible for everything in the notes. What a mountain of information! I told Professor Timmons that Property was my white whale this semester - though hopefully this won't kill me.
There are about six weeks left. And I intend to re-digest all the material we have covered. I intend to work a lot of practice problems. And though law school is competitive, I see no good reason why I shouldn't do this publicly. I have enjoyed blogging in the past. Perhaps it will be of help to someone besides myself.
